Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a virtual consultation package, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: - All virtual consultation services are non-refundable due to the time spent reviewing intake forms, photos, and creating personalized recommendations. - Clients must complete the required intake form and submit clear, makeup-free photos before recommendations can be completed. - Consultation turnaround times begin once all required forms, photos, and information have been fully submitted. - Recommendations provided are personalized professional skincare suggestions based on the information provided by the client. - Results will vary from person to person depending on consistency, lifestyle, skin history, product usage, and individual skin conditions. - Virtual consultations do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care from a licensed physician or dermatologist. - Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, and relevant medical information before recommendations are provided. - Due to the personalized nature of these services, completed consultations and customized skincare plans cannot be exchanged or transferred. - Ongoing support, follow-ups, and coaching are only included in packages where specifically stated. - By booking, clients consent to communication via email regarding their consultation, recommendations, and follow-up support.
